Bridgestone APGA Collegiate Ranking
The Bridgestone APGA Collegiate Ranking, a collaborative effort led by Bridgestone Americas, the Advocates Professional Golf Association (APGA), PGA TOUR Pathway to Progression & Clippd, is designed to boost the visibility and development of highly talented collegiate golfers from underrepresented communities. This initiative is a significant stride towards creating a developmental pathway for historically underrepresented golfers.
Powered by Clippd, these rankings rank eligible self-identified black golfers in the following divisions: NCAA Division-I, NCAA Division-II, NCAA Division-III, NAIA, NJCAA I, or NJCAA II.
The 2024 – 2025 ranking will run through each players team’s NCAA Conference Championships.
The Top 5 players in the final ranking will receive the following performance benefits once they turn professional:
Scholarship access to APGA TOUR events for the duration of the 2025 season (including the fall series)
APGA Membership through August 2026
Scholarship access into the pre-qualifying round of the 2025 PGA TOUR Qualifying School presented by Korn Ferry
1-year Clippd Membership (https://www.clippd.com)
Monetary support (up to a specific amount outlined by PGA TOUR Pathways to Progression) in the following areas related to the development of your professional career:
Travel to eligible APGA Tour Events
Home Course Membership
Instruction
Equipment/Fitting
Additional variable support from the PGA TOUR Pathway to Progression player development program and Bridgestone Americas.
The #1 player in the final Bridgestone APGA Collegiate Ranking will earn a sponsor exemption into the 2025 UNC Health Championship presented by STITCH on the Korn Ferry Tour.
